Ice Blue

Random chick... inspired by Maeva-san to try a monochromatic picture. It's waaay easier to do that with traditional paint ~__~. Anyway I spent a lot more time on it than I originally planned, but I hope it was somewhat worth it! This time all colored in Photoshop and playing with a few more screen tones. Wheee avoiding backgrounds is fun!
